Insurance Office of America (IOA), a full-service insurance brokerage based in Florida, is one of the USA’s fastest-growing independent agencies. IOA recognised a market niche for America’s first online insurance price comparison, quote, and purchase platform.

First, they had to create a digital platform to compare top-tier insurers, generate competitive quotes, and facilitate online purchases with minimal customer details. The ideal was for users to complete the entire transaction—from quoting to purchase—in under three minutes.

We created a fresh brand to represent this innovative platform within the established IOA brand framework—SimplyIOA. It’s message? SimplyIOA makes the complex simple.

We undertook brand positioning tests to ensure we conveyed the right message to the right audience. We gathered feedback from focus groups in Florida, Texas, and California. The resulting data helped refine SimplyIOA’s messages, logos, and visual elements.

SimplyIOA’s new online portal allows busy American insurance customers to compare and purchase insurance faster. We continue to engage in website user testing, and tracking software helps us understand how they access and use the site. We use these insights to refine new design iterations.

We also supported the site with a brand campaign that included TV, social media, digital, and OOH advertising, highlighting how SimplyIOA can save users’ time. After all, the less time consumers spend on insurance means more time for the things they love.
