Our story in the making

In recent years, Northern Ireland has faced numerous challenges at a sensitive time. Firstly, since 2020, local businesses have grappled with the harsh economic realities of the pandemic. Many were unaware of the UK Government’s financial support. Concurrently, 2021 marked Northern Ireland’s 100th birthday—an occasion that required a balanced approach to commemorate the past and inspire hope. The Northern Ireland Office (NIO), the UK Government’s department for local affairs, turned to us to help them promote Covid-19 support and mark the centenary.

COVID-19 Business Support

We conducted in-depth audience research and developed a media plan targeting businesses in diverse sectors. We produced a series of video case studies featuring businesses benefiting from the government’s support.

Centenary Commemoration

We consulted community members to understand our audience and create content that would resonate with them. The result was “Our Story in the Making: NI Beyond 100″— a living tapestry celebrating our country’s past achievements, present endeavours, and future aspirations.

Our year-long campaign met its targets and exceeded them, ensuring that businesses in Northern Ireland received critical financial aid. The communications team at the Northern Ireland Office lauded our efforts, commending our speed, professionalism, and quality.

Centenary Commemoration

The anniversary campaign successfully encapsulated the essence of a century of history, challenges, achievements, and hopes. The video content and the newly created website showcased the region’s journey and invited everyone to envision its future.
